Hello.  We are updating from LimeSurvey 3 to LimeSurvey 6, but we're having an issue with the user's global permissions. 
On version 3, for the Central Participant Database, the survey administrators are set up so they can only see the "List Active Surveys" and the "Add Participant To Survey" options. 

That's the way we want it because we don't want other users creating participants, or modifying them. 

On version 6, using the same permissions settings for Central Participant Database: View Read, now the users can't see the participant active surveys or add participants to surveys.  

Is there a way to fix this?  Like I said, we don't want users creating or updating participants.
