I want to create an audit questionnaire for my clients. There will be several different audits, each client should be able to access the audit forms that they have been assigned to. The client fills out the questionnaire (questions will have simple scoring-Yes, No,Maybe). At the end the questions that have No should be displayed in the form of a Report as "Pending Tasks" and the ones as "Maybe" be displayed as "In progress". Yes response questions will be shown as "100% compliance items". The clients should not be able to see other clients forms or reports. Is this possible with LimeSurvey? Thank You.
