Hello,
I'm not sure how to achieve this.
I have one survey that I want to give out to people in different locations, they can run it on Android tablets.
so our survey has 10 simple questions, but we have around 10 locations, we do not want to create 10 surveys as we want to use one survey so all results will come into that. but the issue that I want help with is how I can know which locations they are coming from, we do not want to add a question there to ask the client to select the location, because they will get confused and will not select or may select any location randomly. so I want to create hidden links that define each location and give them out to our survey so all results will come into one survey and we can sort out the location if we want specific location-based results.
please help

Hi, thank you for the help,
I create a list drop down question and I set it as hide
the name of the list drop down menu is: location
then I added the list as:
A1 Vancouver
A2 Monteral
A3 Edmonton
now here is my survey link:
https://mysitecom/215347?location=Edmonton?lang=en
I test the link still not changing the value of the drop down list.
please help

I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand , plugin development .
I don't answer to private message.

Hi, thank you
seems to only work when we use this in the link: ?newtest=Y
See the following link:
https:/mysite.com/212377?newtest=Y&lang=en&loc=l2
Will this be working ok?

The newtest parameter simply starts a new session so it's okay.
