err...NO!


If that is the case, then we should get rid of the buttons for the mandatory setting in the upload question.

But I just tested it in LS 6 and Limesurvey complained that one or more mandatory questions haven't been answered.
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
