==================
Hello, fellow LimeSurvey users!
I've been exploring the features of LimeSurvey, and I'm curious to know if there's a way to automatically send an email confirmation to individuals who have filled out a survey using the open mode. In this mode, anyone with the survey link can participate, and it would be great to acknowledge their responses with an email.
I've gone through the LimeSurvey documentation, but I couldn't find a straightforward solution. If anyone has experience with this or can provide guidance on how to set up email notifications for respondents in open mode, I'd greatly appreciate your insights.
Thanks in advance for your help!

You can use the two different admin notifications to use this. So you basically ask for their email address in a question and then pipe this email address into the field for the email for the admin notification you have chosen (basic or detailed). In the email templates you can adapt what you want the email to say and you can also use expression script/manager to pipe answers from the survey into this email (e.g. the name, etc).
For example, if the question where you ask for the email has the question code "email", you can include this email into the admin notification email field with {email}.

Just put {yourquestioncode} into this field and Limesurvey will automatically take the answer to this question as the email to send to.

but what to answer if we do not see, what you exactly did?
So please, send a lss export of the survey (these relevant questions)

BTW: I wouldn't call the question "email". Might interfere with the LimeSurvey variable "email"

By the way: Did you activate the survey?
Otherwise it will not work, of course.

I'm receiving a message about someone have made an entry. I want the the user to receive the email registration.With the way you setup your survey, Limesurvey should take the email inserted in the question "emailcode" and send an email. You are saying that it is sending an email to the administrator instead?

That is something totally different than what you have asked for:
I've been exploring the features of LimeSurvey, and I'm curious to know if there's a way to automatically send an email confirmation to individuals who have filled out a survey using the open mode. In this mode, anyone with the survey link can participate, and it would be great to acknowledge their responses with an email.
We have given you an option where the respondent receives an email when they completed the survey (how you format it is up to you and can be changed in the email templates).
Which "registration email" are you referring to? It is up to you to format the content of the admin notification. This is a work around, so YOU need to adapt the text of the respective email that is going out to your needs. It is initially a notification for the admins, as it says. But with the approach we have shown you, this way you can send an email to the person who has filled the survey if they give you their email address.
