Temporarily deactivation was created by almashah
Hello everyone,

I have a survey running, and I want to change a setting. To make this change effective, I have to temporarily pause the survey (deactivate). The problem that people will still click on the invitation link and answer the survey. If I disable the survey respondents will have error message. Is there a way to make this message state that this survey will be temporarily off for 30 minutes?

If you deactivate a survey, it is not available and you get the general 401 error, don't you.

This feature is missing. I recommend to open a feature request. There where discussions and feature requests before, but a pause feature on survey level was not recognized as a good idea.

To my knowledge, there is no such feature (not yet anyway). The chance of someone going to the survey just when you are editing it is not that high, from my experience.
Just make the change quickly and reactivate it, would be my advice.
