The sample has nothing to do with Limesurvey, the data collection tool. The sample is your responsibility and you either have your own list to invite people or you hire a online panel provider for this.

Thank you for your answer. I want to ask if we can pay to limesurvey to have a sample around 2000 people with differences of social class, gender, age (database) of Mexico. Do you know if we can buy it in Limesurvey or in a place u know?
As I said before, Limesurvey does not provide the sample, it provides the software to collect data.
You will need to contact an online access panel provider. There are millions out there. For Mexico for example you can contact Offerwise or Netquest, but basically any major international online access panel should be able to provide you with a sample for 2000 people in Mexico.
