Hello,

I would like to know whether it is possible to have an empty box at the end of the survey which can be filled in by the administrator of the survey after the participant is done.

To make a concrete example, I am running a behavioral study, at the end of the study participants will be redirected to LimeSurvey, where they have to fill in some information (e.g., zip code).

However, there is one information that can be inserted only by me, which is the participant score. Is it possible to do it manually after the participant filled in the survey?

Thanks,
G.

Is that score calculated?
In this behavioral study?
Why not include it in the redirect link?

Or do you have to calculate it manually?

The other way, you edit the entries of the participant.
We had exactly this question here about a week ago.
Have a question of type "short text" or whatever you think to need at the end of the survey.
Hide it by relevance.
So you may edit the data of this participant later and have a free field to enter your score.

To add to Joffm's answer, I was checking the manual for something unrelated to this question and found this:

manual.limesurvey.org/Workarounds:_Surve...to_manually_add_data

It is basically the approach that Joffm describes.

However, I agree with Joffm, it would be interesting to know how this previous behavioral study works because if you could include the score (if calculated in the tool) into the survey URL as an attribute, you can read it into a hidden question in Limesurvey via panel integration and directly store it, without the need to manually adapt the survey.

But of course it depends on how the pervious behavioral study works.
