Hi, I managed to make a question mandatory and at the same time include an option "not applicable". For this type of cases I added a not to choose "not applicable" if the respondent does not know the product, so that the y do not choose not applicable for whatever reason. I also do not like people to just skip questions, because you never know what was the reason for doing that.
