When
This event is fired when a survey taker is blocked from taking the survey. Several reasons can trigger this event, see below.
Input
The event receives the following information:

| reason | string | One of the following: "noPreviewPermission", "surveyNoLongerAvailable", "surveyNotYetStarted", "alreadyCompleted" |
