Survey does not work with safari browser was created by zoe123
Hello Limesurvey Experts
My survey is not opening correctly with my safari browser anymore. I activated it, copy-pasted the link and when I try to click through it myself its not working anymore. The first page is opening, but there is no text and no buttons to click.
In preview everything is still working. And with a google chrome browser it is working as well.
What could be the problem? Because a couple of days ago-everything worked fine.
Is it my Computer? Do I have to change any settings?
I am using Limesurvey Version 2.06lts Build 160524
And Safari Version 9.0.3 (11601.4.4)
on a Mac Version 10.11.3
I am very thankful for any help
Greetings

What do you mean with "newtest=Y in the url"? What do I have to do?
I tried restart already but it is unfortunately not changing anything.
And I have the Cookies settings switched off (if that matters at all?)

This looks a lot like an issue with the theme and Safari.
Also 2.06 is pretty old now. We do not support that version actively anymore.

Or is the build 160524 the issue?
Fixed in newer builds of LTS?
The meaning of the word "stable" for users

How is LTS defined for LimeSurvey? A issue with a browser is not an issue in terms of LTS?markusfluer wrote: This looks a lot like an issue with the theme and Safari.

The question is: is the LTS over by now? And as far as I know it is, because they stated that now only 3.x is supported.

Hey
It suddenly worked again. I don`t know why because I did not change any settings on the safari browser or limesurvey.
Thanks for your help!
