I don't remember if I deleted it wrongly, but today when I checked my data, there was no data left on LimeSurvay. I do not remember if I deleted them or failed. I am very sad. No more backups

Backup can (or must) be done by your hoster.
If you host yourself : best is to create a backup system.

Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member, professional service on demand .

Unfortunately, we cannot do that much if the data has been deleted by your hosting provided. Please contact him and see if he/she has any backup.
In case you are unhappy with the current hosting services, you may always choose another one :).
If you run professional surveys, please choose carefully the right provider.

Sad to hear. I assume you are not hosted on the SaaS service provided by Limesurvey GmbH.

Now how can you not remember if you deleted or not all answers?

Either you did something, or you didn't. Those answers don't just disappear. So if you did not delete them manually in the LS backend and you did not fiddle with the database, check with your host if they did something to your installation.
