is it possible to set up a pointsystem for every Survey?

Users should get points for every Survey they finish.

I haven´t found anything :S

This would be part of a access panel management software, while Limesurvey is a survey (data collection) software. There is a very basic "panel management" implemented, but it is what it is: basic.

So if you want to setup something like a panel, you will need to have another software for that. You might experiment with open source community software like Buddypress. But be aware that this will not be a simple setup thing. There is a lot of stuff involved.
