Vertical Text alignment in Array was created by Romero
Hi,

i have a custom flexible label question with 5 answer types (agree- not agree...).

I would be wunderfull, if the text alignment in the answer label would be vertical.

Does someone know, if there is a possibility? Perhaps with a custom template?

thx a lot. Romero

AFAIK it is not possible to vertically align text in (X)HTML.

Vertical align is possible with tables.
But you can set a padding top or something, to make it look vertical aligned.

You are replying to a six year old post. The HTML structure is completely different now.

Can you describe your problem in more detail with LimeSurvey version, screenshots, what you have tried...?

Hello Tony,
Thanks for your kind help,
I am facing this problem right now. The Array\answer options looks not nice (hope you can see in it the attached section)
I am not familiar with coding to change it, so far what I do know is type: vertical-align: top
But not succeed

Once, thanks for your help and this one "You are replying to a six year old post" it gave me a blast :)

Best regards,
Nhu Bui

To be honest, to me it looks perfectly fine. I would always go for the alignment at the bottom here, because then the labe is closer to the answer.

But what I would do is put the number/code at the end of the text and separate it with a linebreak from the text, then it will most probably look a lot better and it will make it easier for your respondents to read.

E.g. put something like this into the answer option boxes.
Code:
Insert your label text here</br>1
