How to add a custom label to a survey question was created by lintu
Hello,

I need to add two new labels to my 'array dual scale' answer selection (please see red marked area on screenshot below). I am new to LimeSurvey and did not find the answer through a search. Can someone help by giving my some pointers? Thanks in advance.

In advanced settings : do you have a "Scale header" part.

Hello DenisChenu,

Thank you for the pointer - very helpful. I ended up creating a custom template and added my HTML code to the 'question' page as I wanted to use an image.
