Reset Response ID? was created by avelinak
I have a template survey that I copy to generate my new surveys rather than rebuilding each survey from the ground up.
Is there a way to reset the Response ID on the results so that they do NOT start at 15 for every iteration of the survey?
It would be nice to figure out how to reset that and have each survey start with Response ID= 1
I am a super novice user and do not code at all, so simple replies are great.
Please.
And, thank you.

Export and import the survey instead of copying.

You should have some options when copying a survey.
"Reset response start ID" should do the trick.
The meaning of the word "stable" for users

Hi! Thank you for explaining how-to-do-it.
I was copying a survey, and I'm totally lost about the use of this response ID.
I don't understand if I should enable or disable "Reset Response start ID" when copying a new survey.
"Reset Response start ID" will allow each subquestion in a question group to have an ID, like in the paper survey where each answer had a response code?
If this option "Reset Response start ID" is not enabled, it will happen that "the results start at 15 for every iteration of the survey?" What does this mean? for every 15 participants/15 clicks on a survey what will happen?
every piece of explanation regarding response ID, in order to know if I should enable or disable the function when copying a new survey, will be much appreciated
