I just installed limesurvey software and there is an update.

To use the comfort update you need a update key which I applied for a trialupdate key
but never received it.

can you help me

How do you expect the key to be received?
Take a look at your account when logged in here at Limesurvey.org.
www.limesurvey.org/your-account/your-details

At the bottom there is a tab "Comfort update". You should find your trial key there.
If not, you need to contact the Limesurvey GmbH.
