Yes, but only if you use the question by question mode.
If you use the group by group mode, there is no way for LS to terminate how much of the time on the page have been spent on each question on this page.
LS saves (if you set this when activating the survey) the times between each "submit". Whenever the respondents clicks the "next" or "submit" button in the survey.
