Hello!
Since the update from 6.3.9 to 6.4.1 all the text boxes are missing the symbols for editing the text (don't know how it is called). All text (for example the question text) is shown as HTML. See the attached picture. It concerns all boxes (welcome text, description, etc.).
Is this a new feature or a bug? I didn't find anything in the settings. Is it just me? I tried with 3 different browsers and it's always the same.

Definitely not a feature. It looks like a JavaScript crash. How did you update?

I updated via ComfortUpdate.

Hm, it's back and working fine again.

I cleared the Asset Cache and set the standard HTML editor mode to HTML-Source, saved and then back to embedded.

I suppose it was the latter that did it. It was originally set to embedded so I figured that's not it.

Where did you go to make these modifications? I've had exactly the same display problem for some time. In my case it's my organization that does the LimeSurvey updates.

It's in the general, global settings. Configuration (at the top) - Global - General

That's possibly not available to you. I think only administrators can access the menu.

Thank you for your reply. I forwarded this conversation in this forum to the administrators of my establishment and they solved the problem quickly.

There is also an individual setting for the editor in the user settings, where you can choose how YOU want the WYSIWYG.
