Is there a possibility to reset or modify the consecutive participant ID's?

Thank you

No, I don't think so. You might be able to change them via MySQL, but I am not sure what kind of impact this will have.

However, why would you need to change the participant IDs?
Have a look at the manual! It is a really valuable source for information. Here some helpful links:

Hello,

As proposed by Holch, you can do it via MySql. Using the following syntax will:

1) Delete all your responses of your survey (no need to desactivate the survey)
2) Reset the 1st participant ID for this survey to "1"
TRUNCATE TABLE lime_survey_123

Replace "lime_survey_123" by the correct table name (the most of the time, just adapt "123" with the correct survey ID)
