Standard the attribute fields in LimeSurvey are 255 characters.
For one of our attributes this is too short and I manually change it in the SQL database to 1024.
However, when I import a list of tokens into the token table, using CSV files, it cuts off after about 300 characters. Does anybody know a way around this, I can manually add the content to this attribute but it is too much work.

Regards,
Auke

Thanks.
We need to import e-mail addresses, attributes and names using CSV files to automate some of the work setting out large surveys. So we can't do this via phpAdmin. Also switching between the various tools is extra work.

You can import CSV file with phpMyadmin.

Maybe the admin user don't have access to phpMyAdmin, but seems the easiest way actually.

Else, you can contact directly some dev at www.limesurvey.com/ (or contact me, if you want i have a look).

Hi Denis,

Yes I have access to the phpMyAdmin.
There are also some issues with special characters import when I make the CSV file in Office on the Mac. Can you also help with this? How can I contact you directly?
