Hello community,

I have a survey developed in LimeSurvey 2 and when the user lands in the token request form, they can see the survey's title and description, as is shown in the first attachment; whereas in LimeSurvey 3, the same survey does not show this two text elements in the same form, as shown in the second screenshot.

Is the not inclusion of the survey's title and description in that form an intended behaviour in LimeSurvey 3? Should that be the case, I am aware I could create a copy of the template and add the title and description to the layout_global.twig file but I am not sure this is the best approach to showing them.

Any ideas/hints would be appreciated.
