I recently created a new survey and everything works fine before I active a survey. After activation, the "Submit" button does not work.

You may have server issues. I can't even get the survey to load.

Do you see any errors in the console when trying to submit?

Have you disabled AJAX in the survey theme options?

I managed to open the site, click on the survey link, fill in the survey. But when clicking on "submit" it is loading for a while now.

Do you send admin notification emails on submission of your survey? I remember that there were cases that when the sending of the emails fails, the submission of the survey failed as well.

Overall, I would also guess that it is an server issue. When clicking on the "Next" button everything works fine and quick. But when clicking on submit, the system tries to connect to the server and it takes for ever.

With "exit and clear" it is the same. It times out after a while.

When i tried to open myblisstech.com it also took quite long to open.

This can happen with some broken plugin too

Or with a bad redirect .

I think this is the reason. However, I did try to setup gmail but no emails are going out.
