Settings & structure of survey won't load was created by CWFranz
Hello there,
after searching the forums I didn't find a related topic, therefore I want to ask if any of you has had previous experience with the phenomenon:
After updating to Version 3.20.1+191114 i find myself unable to edit surveys in Firefox (latest build: 70.0.1, 64-bit) on Windows 10 Pro.
The loading animation (4 rounded squares) does not engage, settings and structure of the survey won't load. This problem only comes with Firefox; MS Edge does work. Further information:
1) I still can use the preview function and work with the right upper settings
2) The problem only (!) exists with copied and/or imported surveys that were created after the update to version 3.20.1
Thanks in advance for your advise,
Christian

Did you clean the browser cache of Firefox? Might be a mixing up of old and new files inside the browser.
Sometimes it makes sense to clean /tmp/runtime/cache in LimeSurvey too.

Hello jelo,
thank you for your help - even if it's slightly embarrassing, another round of deleting browser cache did indeed help (didn't only need empty cache but deletion of cookies, too).
Now it's up and running. Thanks again!
