Hi experts..

Need a bit of help with reducing the space between several questions with a slider in a group. I could not use an array as the response scales for each question is different. I tried to look up in the discussion forums but I do not have access to css template. Do not know if it has something to do with the survey being hosted by my organisation on their server.

in my opinion this is not the best approach.
You may use a question of type "multiple numerical input"

with anwer option containing two pipe symbols "Subquestion|left item|right item"
and some settings in "Display" like "label column width", "text input box width"
