I have the same problem. When I click save, Filter HTML for XSS returns to on.

Version 4.1.11+200316

I've learnt that it's not possible to disable xssfiltering for the admin, and perhaps not for any user with admin rights?

I changed the flag directly in the database, just set lime_settings_global.filterxsshtml to 0.
