Introducere

Următorul panou vă permite să adăugați propriul text de politică a sondajului, care, dacă este activat, trebuie să fie acceptat de participanții dvs. pentru a completa sondajul.

„Setarea politicii de date” se află sub fila „Setări”.

Următoarele opțiuni pot fi editate din panoul „Setări politici de date”:

• Afișați textul politicii sondajului cu caseta de selectare obligatorie: Dacă este activat, o notificare privind politica (de exemplu, cu privire la protecția datelor cu caracter personal) va fi afișată pe pagina de bun venit pentru participanții la sondaj. Sunt disponibile următoarele opțiuni:
  • Nu se afișează : dacă este ales, nicio notificare privind politica nu va fi afișată participanților la sondaj.
  • Afișați ca text: dacă este activat, întregul text de securitate/politică a datelor va fi afișat după mesajul de bun venit. Caseta de selectare va fi afișată în partea de jos a textului.
  • Text restrâns : Dacă este activată, va fi afișat doar textul casetei de selectare. Pentru a accesa textul complet al politicii/securității datelor, participanții la sondaj vor trebui să facă clic pe butonul „Afișați politica” aflat sub textul casetei de selectare.

• Survey data policy checkbox label: Fill in the following box to add the text you wish to be displayed next to the checkbox that needs to be ticked by your survey participants to complete the survey. If empty, the default text is: "To continue please first accept our survey data policy".

• Survey data policy message: Fill in the textbox to add all the information related to your survey data policy (e.g., where the data is stored, for how long, and so on).

• Survey data policy error message: In the case a participant forgets to tick the survey data policy checkbox, the message from this textbox will be displayed on the screen.

• Survey legal notice (Note: This feature is only available in LimeSurvey Cloud.): Fill in the textbox to add all information related to your legal notice (e.g., rights, duties obligations).
  Note: This feature is only available in LimeSurvey Cloud.

• Show data policy in survey (Note: This feature is only available in LimeSurvey Cloud.): Here you can choose whether or not to display the "data policy" button on all survey page. Clicking this button will display a pop up box(modal) with the "data policy" message.

• Show legal notice in survey (Note: This feature is only available in LimeSurvey Cloud.): Whether to display the "legal notice" button on all survey page. Once clicked, this will display a button that shows a popup box(modal) with the "legal notice".
  Note: This feature is only available in LimeSurvey Cloud.

If you want to specify a link to the survey data policy, set "Show survey policy text with mandatory checkbox" to "Collapsible text" and use the placeholders {STARTPOLICYLINK} and {ENDPOLICYLINK} in the "Survey data policy checkbox label" field to define the link that opens the policy popup. If there is no placeholder given, there will be an appendix.

Note: If questions are displayed 'All in one' page, the 'Survey data policy checkbox' is not shown and the survey is displayed.
