Hi,

i want to test the app, because we need an offline tool for LS, which our testers can use in field and which provides automatic sync with LS on our server.

I created a new user for that with the following rights: (screen1.jpg)




Than I tried to connect this user with the app. (v1.55)

But i get this error (Err02) in german:

Fehler02: Umfrage kann nicht geladen
werden, URL nicht aufrufbar:
1- Bitte sicherstellen, dass die Umfrage
über das Internet abrufbar ist (nicht nur
über ein lokales Netzwerk).
2. Wenn https genutzt wird, muss eint.
valides SSL-Zertifikat vorhanden sein.

to 1 (reachable from internet): I tried with my moble phone to reach the survey via 4G - no problem.
to 2 (SSL-Certificate) - no need for, or? Its http: not httpS...

I tried on a Samsung Tablet - same problem.

I got help from OfflineSurvey Support (thx to Amr) with the working following solution :

Hi, your server sends 301 HTTP_MOVED_PERM to our request to download your html file... try using https insetad of http

also please disable welcome page and set survey navigation to All in one
