Questions 3 to 7 are ranking with images.


When someone try to complete with a mobile, is really dificult, drag and drop make a mess with scroll.


Some idea to fix it?

Yes, I know there are alternative ways to use ranking. But my client want a drag and drop ranking. Advanced ranking.

Did you see a better example somewhere else? What should be the characteristics of a good solution?

Are you asking people on the board to redesign the current question to fit on a screen of AA x BB pixels?

On the first pages of your example I did not see a ranking question. If you want people here to help you, it would be a good idea to make it easy to help you.

So: be more specific and give a usable example.

In the pages 3 to 7 you will find the questions with advanced ranking. There no problem answering in a computer with a mouse, both drag an drop or double clic.

The problem is answer it in a mobile phone, when you start dragging and dropping, the screen scrolls a bit, and makes dragging and dropping difficult (not impossible).

I have tried templates suggested in other posts of this forum and the same thing happens.

I've just write if someone recently have the same issue in Android and find a solution.

Seems you use a specific question template.
Use default Question template
You can use img inside answer text directly , it work on phone.

Else : the survey you send as sample have mandatory question on 1st page, i don't want to take time to check if you use a Question Template.

Sometimes questions make me a bit grumpy.
You show a picture with enourmous images.
Then you ask the community to help you to show this on a small screen of a mobile phone.
Please show us how you want this to look on your mobile screen and then try to get that done. If you do not succeed, then it may be time to ask for help here.
The community is not here to solve your problems. That is what paid consultants are for.

The community may try to help you solving the problems yourself.
