Add participant not saving after update was created by RPTranslate
Hello

I updated to Version 3.14.9+180917 (I think from Version 3.7.1+180424) and everything seems alright, except that when I press save to Add Participant nothing happens and new participant is not saved.

I asked our server to check for problems but they can find nothing wrong and no error messages occurring on the server, so it appears to be a problem within Lime, please can you help.

I can provide log in details privately.

Many thanks
Pam

I can confirm that issue. The save button is not triggering anything.

Pam, as a workaround you can add an item via "create dummy participants" (ensure to change the amount from 100 to 1) and then edit this dummy entry via the list.

I opened a bugticket. Feel free to follow and comment it.

Thanks, have tried with dummy participant and it works, at least I can continue using the survey.

Hope the bug can be resolved quickly.

I have confirmed that you can also import participants via CSV.

The bug has been assigned to one of the developers today, so lets see what happens.

As you can still add participants via CSV upload (which is the better solution in my opionon anyway, at least when you have to add more than 1 at a time) you can at least still use your survey. So it might be annoying, but it is not "blocking", because there is a reasonably easy way around this bug.

Maybe you can even create dummy participants and then edit them (not tested).

Let's see what Markus says. I don't think that it will be a big thing to fix.

That works as stated in my answer above.
