Hello,
We have a recurring problem saving answers. For some respondents, no responses are saved in the database and when we receive two error messages in our inbox. In the first email, the only information given is "N / A" (see the first example below). In the second email, the answers are listed (see the second example below).

Our questionnaire was sent to 12,000 participants. There are only single-choice questions (radio button) and no conditions. We tried to put the option "debug at 2" as suggested on the following post without conclusive results ( www.limesurvey.org/community/forums/deve...lts-no-error-message )

Has anyone ever had this problem? If so, what did you do to solve the problem?
We are currently using Version 3.17.0 + 190402.
Here are the details of the installation:
Database & DB-Version: SQL Server 2012 Sp2 Standard 64 bits
Operating system (Server): Windows 2012 R2 Standard 64 Bits
Webserver software & version: Apache 2.4.20-win64-VC14
PHP Version: 5.6.22-Win32-VC11-x64
