Subquestions of Multiple Choice next to each other rather than in a list

Hello! I couldn't seem to find on the forum...

How to place subquestions next to each other, rather than in a list as they usually appear? This is because I am using images as subquestion for the user to select, and it becomes a rather long page with all the subquestions below each other, rather than if they were next to each other.

Any help (and code if possible) is much appreciated! Cheers.

use "display columns" in the question settings.
