Image upload gives an error was created by krosser
Hi guys,

I'm trying to change a default theme (Vanilla) by adding a logo. When I try to upload an image, it gives me an error -

An error occurred uploading your file. This may be caused by incorrect permissions for the application /tmp folder.

Can someone suggest what might be causing this?
I'm using the latest LS 3.22 hosted on LS servers, not installed locally.

What version are you using?

Have you checked the file permissions?

I'm using the latest version 3.6.0. It's a pro package hosted on the limesurvey webservers.
I'm using the latest LS 3.22 hosted on LS servers, not installed locally.

I've figured out that I can upload an image while being in the Theme editor in Advanced settings.
I'm using the latest LS 3.22 hosted on LS servers, not installed locally.

It wont allow me to enable it . If I enable it the .png disappears!

To be honest, the design of the buttons is slightly confusing.

Also, I see that you are adjusting the settings at the global (theme) level. What have you set at the survey level?
