Text Boxes in an array was created by remhk
Question type is "Array".
I would like to add a text box for the "other" option on the Y-axis to unable the user add an input text there. Rest of the Y-Axis labels are pre-listed and the X-axis as well and radio buttons are provided for the users to make selection in the array. Just need input on the text box.
Please see the attached screenshot. I need a text box in the "describe fill in" area. How do I do that?
Thanks in advance.

The simplest solution here is to add a short-text question after the array and hide/show it via relevance depending on whether anything is selected in the last row of the array.

Volunteers are not paid.
Not because they are worthless, but because they are priceless

Hi, remhk,
you did not tell us, which version of LS you are using.
Though I also recommend Tony's solution (a fixed row labelled "Others" and an added text question to ask the wording)
here is a solution for version 2.7x
Up to you to adapt it to your wishes.
