Error when copying survey or importing survey getting "Error: Failed to insert"

Error when copying survey or importing survey getting "Error: Failed to insert" was created by jespar
Can anyone tell me what this means??

I tried searching the help and the forum and didn't find anything discussing this. If I missed it please pass along the link or let know how to fix this so I can copy a survey.

Replied by jespar on topic Copied survey showed up even after I got the error. Fixed
Hello all,

I don't know why I got the error but when I tried it again while it didn't work via import when I used regular copy it worked. So this is solved.
