How to create radio with text answer was created by pauli

Hi,

How can I create a question like the attached please? I have tried the "List radio" option but I can only find an option where "No answer" is a text field, I need to create questions like the attached in order to migrate our survey solution to Limesurvey.

Hi,

radio list with one answer option (Yes) and the "Other option" with your text.
