5 point Choice with my own labels was created by lister171254
It's been a while since I used LimeSurvey so apologies if this has been asked before.

Is there a way to substitute the 1,2,3,4,5 in the 5 Point Choice question type with my own labels?

Thanks

No. But the 5 Point Choice is just a very specific version of the array type question:
manual.limesurvey.org/Question_types#Array_.285_point_choice.29

Create a array type question and use your own scale.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I can't get suggested solution to quite meet my needs.

I'd like the question to look the attached '5 point question'. The 5 point choice would meet this perfect if it wasn't for the label issue

The best I can do with an array is attached as 'NotQuiteRight'; maybe I'm missing something

Or you can

1: Create a array question with only one sub question .
2: Set sub-question answer width as zero in question settings menu.

Hope it will fix your concern.

You can use the normal list (radio) question:

manual.limesurvey.org/Question_type_-_List_(Radio)

The you can adjust the number of columns in the advanced settings of this questions:
manual.limesurvey.org/Question_type_-_Li...28display_columns.29

The only thing that would be different to your example is that the labels are in front of the radio buttons and not above.

If you need the labels above the buttons, than you need to modify the array question to your needs.

Never, ever give someone admin access to your installation. We are all nice guys, but you never know who is also reading and having access to your installation allows to change passwords and lock you out of the installation.

So give us a test link to a survey, but never give someone access to the admin interface.
