I apologize for this question not being related to the forum heading of "Can I do this with LimeSurvey" but I did not see a pertinent location.
Is there a way to get 24 /7 technical support for an admin or end user? They won't be in the code.

I usually provide professional support, still there is no 24/7 SLA. Not sure which are the specific needs you have. But if you provide more detail, me or someone else may be able to offer something

If you go through the several topics here you will see that you usually get quick and competent support by the volunteers here.

Sometimes people prefer to have a phone call or to do some screen sharing as to troubleshoot specific situations. Leaving that aside, the forum shall be the first choice.

Thanks. I am might submit a bid that requires 24/7 technical support. I doubt that anyone will call at midnight but I need to offer it. I would rather outsource the support.

What is 24/7 support? Without further definition everybody with an emailadress has 24/7 support.
You have the different parts of a support case:
confirming support case
reaction time
time to solve the case
Depending on the kind of hosting of LimeSurvey the support will be pretty useless.
When you know the hosting site, a LS-partner able to speak the same language, would be a start.
I'm not aware of any surveytool, which comes with the option for 24/7h support.
Would be interested, if someone is aware of such an offer.

The requirements state, "The company delivering the software shall be capable of providing 24-hour technical support... 24/7 tech support available via phone or voice."
I agree. I don't know of anyone who offers it. Maybe I will be the only bidder but I wonder what I should charge to answer my phone at anytime during the day.
