I have few questions to ask on what i can do with Lime survey source code

1) Can i Accept Payments when I start my own website with Lime survey source code? DO I have reseller rights?
2) Do i have an option to whitelist and remove all the names pertaining to Limesurvey from the website?

1: yes : www.limesurvey.org/about-limesurvey/license , but look at trademark tab.
2: no (then make 1 more difficult)
