Printing Statistics Report for individual question

Using LS 2.73.0 171219 and have run into an issue in Expert mode when trying to print single question to PDF.

In latest FireFox (as of posting date), the PDF opens in a new window with the graph (yay).

In the latest IE Edge, the PDF never opens. I've allowed popups, and I don't get a notice about not being able to open the popup. I also confirmed PDF isn't automatically downloading in IE.

Pretty boring video walkthrough follows(!), but it shows the issue: goo.gl/xhBvpE (might need to crank the volume to hear my voiceover).

Slightly different issue in Chrome -- popup is triggered, but is blank, with address bar containing:

data:application/pdf;base64,JVBERi0xLjMKMyAwIG9iago8PC .... and it goes on (assume that is the base64 encoded document in the URL)

Can anyone make any suggestions? I cannot update my LS instance to LS 3 yet, but I did import the LSA into an LS3 instance, and the same issue occurs there too for IE (Chrome actually downloads the PDF).

Any insights appreciated.
