Q1) I want to know if its possible to use a single survey to gather data from different locations at different times? i.e. location A to complete survey in week one, then location B to complete same survey in week four..... also, would the responses be identifiable as separate from each response group?

Q2) When running a 360 survey, how do we group the respondents that relate to the individual being appraised?
