Change Yes/No to Yes, I agree/No, I do not agree was created by waitz
How can I change the text of a Yes/No question, so that it says Yes, I agree and No, I do not agree?

Probably only by creating a new "translation".

I would just go for a list radio button type of question with two options and name them accordingly. The Yes/No question is a very specific question and thus not very flexible.
I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.
