I would want to provide to get back the answers of every questions in a generic way to be able to make a meticulous analysis which consists in giving according to the answers certain advices

You have access to all answers oft the respondent by expression manager.

or do want to give advice after analysing the entire data?
1. You just export the data and analyse in your preferred statistic tool.

2. Write your own small PHP (vor similar) script to retrieve the data from the database.
table: [prefix]_survey_[surveyID]

3. use the API.
There should be an example in the forum.

The principle would be that a person answers the survey.
Then when it finished the survey, we handle directly it's answers and we give him advice following the answers that he gave. And the survey is staying activate

this is easily done by Expression Manager.
Get the answers, do any manipulation you want with the implemented functions, create a "result" page where you display them.
