i have to hide other answer options for a question if select 1 option

Example create a question with answer options codes a/b/c.

If respondent 1 selects code a, do the instruction such that only code A shows.

is it possible?

I'm a little confused about the requirements but there is currently no relevance/conditions available for single-choice question answers.

I don't understand what exactly you want to hide. The first question is single choice, and if e.g. answer code a is chosen, something should be hidden. So what should be hidden.
