is it possible to customize the Survey query per user?

Let's say I've got 100 Users I want to ask.
Every user has a Service with an SLA assigned (lets say SLA gold/silver/bronze).
I've got this data (including username/email) in a Database (SQL/CSV/Excel/whatever - I'm able to convert it to nearly whatever I need).

Now I want to create ONE survey which is called "SLA-Survey". There I want to present every user HIS current SLA
and want to ask if it still matches his current needs and if not, what he want to have in the future.
Of Course I want to push the data of CSV/DB at once into LimeSurvey (this Can be done manually by importing CSV or so...)

I'd say you can do it by using token + url parameter
manual.limesurvey.org/URL_fields

If using tokens and non-anonymous mode, you can place the SLA in a token attribute which can be accessed via Expression Manager for conditional text and relevance in the survey.
