Fixing parts of the page (e.g. when scrolling results)?
Perhaps something like this jatinmarwah.github.io/angular-table-freezepane/app/#/

I'm try to follow this step:
Download the project and to use this directive make sure to include the following files into your work space:
1) directive/freezepane.js

2) template/directive_template/freezepane.html /*Make sure to keep the directory as is from root folder, else change the directive path in freezepane.js */

3) styles/freezepane.css
from this link: " jatinmarwah.github.io/angular-table-freezepane/app/#/usage "

But how to call the js from administrator lime survey?
I'm try to do this ( goo.gl/ZxLMgS ).
you can see at that link, but the js doesn't work
So how to implement the js from the lime survey administrator?

The easiest way to add a js file in your template is to add it in the manifest:

Sorry, I'm totally confused about what you want to do. First you say "Fixing parts of the page (e.g. when scrolling results)?", which indicates that you want to modify the admin interface, then you say "But how to use the freeze panes when we create some question?" which indicates you want to modify the survey-taking interface.

Can you please explain exactly what you are trying to do and provide screenshots or mock-ups?

Cheers,
Tony Partner

sorry for make you confused :)
you can see at the first picture I'm input the answer option (highlighted red).
after that when I'm scroll down until the end of this question (Picture B).
Then the answer option still in the top (picture A).
The question is can we make the freeze panes (like excel) for answer option?
so user can see the answer option when scroll down
