I'm not sure if this is the right category for this post, so move if needed.

It seems that not all responses (some partial and some complete) have the token attributes added. Any ideas why?

Need more explanation , more clear.

Don't understand here : what attribute ? Token attribute ?

responses don't have token:attribute, token:attribute is from token.

Longer winded version:

I created tokens for a LOT of respondees. Each response has some custom attributes (studentID,courseCode, periodCode) added to it via tokens, taken from our MIS system. These sent out fine, and were completed. But some responses showed as 'incomplete' on the summary.

I then had to delete some of the tokens, because I was given an incorrect list of respondees.

When I export All Responses to an Excel spreadsheet, and choose to add some of the fields that are part of the token entry (that is, the 3 custom attributes above), some of the responses don't show this. This affects incomplete and complete responses.

Is that clearer?

Did you check the token table to see if the attributes actually exist for those tokens?

I have now, and the ones without details are indeed missing from the tokens table - presumably they're the ones I removed. Which helps and is logical.

Cheers
