Dear Lime support team,

I have two question:
Q1. Please mention online shop that you have been bought something [single question]
A1. Amazon.com
A2. Alibaba.com
Other____

Q2. When you last time shopping in [other_value] <== this value base on Q1 answer

Explanation:
When i choosed answer A1 & A2 (radio button type) its work fine. but when i choose Other,
its only "-oth-" that shown in the question.

I think you need to access Q1_other. So, something like this:
