I have several sectors of the company and I would like it if a response is bad for a group to trigger email for this sector of the company.

I do something similar to what you are asking about now. I use a PHP script that I wrote to run through the responses looking for specific conditions and generate emails as needed. I created an extra attribute field that is empty until the email is sent. My script adds a timestamp to that attribute to record the fact that the record has been dealt with.

My script addresses the email to different people based on who submitted the response and the content of the response.

What we are talking about, is not one general script.

It all depends on your survey, your necessities.

No, you or somebody who is able to script in one of the many languages (php, python, coldfusion, perl, ruby, ...) have to write it.

Personnaly, if i have such need : i start by a plugin using manual.limesurvey.org/AfterSurveyComplete

Or i just use Basic and detailed admin notifications email with Expression Manager for email address.
I send same email at all, but they have the information.
And i send email only at people who need it.
