Backup Database: Restoring the Answers table

Backup Database: Restoring the Answers table was created by Richard_Love_HV
I've created a survey, activated it and responded to it. When I create a sql backup and restore in MySQL several tables, including Questions, are populated.

The Answer table shows several rows fetched but 0 rows inserted.

Please help!
